Receives field calls from foreign customers that are concentrated in the southern part of the United States. Handles calls that deal with ADSL connectivity. Assists clients who are new to the Internet. Duties also include inquiry handling, set up trouble tickets and appointment scheduling for field technicians, set up orders for ADSL kits and parts, order status inquiries; reroute misdirected calls, assist new field technicians, assist clients that have a hard time using third party WiFi hard wares for home networking. Make clients feel comfortable and competent, and take on overflows. If call volume is low, assists other Technical Support Agents.

Part of the pioneer batch. Receives field calls from American clients who watch the Home Shopping Network (HSN). Handles inquiries and provides general information on products and services. Creates new client accounts, takes clients purchase orders and up sell on every opportunity. Duties also include help desk, sales acquisition, payment authorization, reservation, complaint handling, crisis lines, direct response television, order taking and take on overflows. Provides technical support on hardware and software purchased by the client.

Graphic Designer – COOYEESAN Hotel Plaza, SAN-An Realty Development Corporation Baguio Philippines 2003

Conceptualizes, designs promotional materials such as flyers, newspaper ads, brochures, logos, office signage, exhibits, identification cards, membership cards, henna tattoo designs, and mall displays. Duties also include the production of curriculum for new office software’s, training and implementation. Designs and produces projector-ready art including graphs, charts, clips, clip arts, posters, office presentations and publications, digitization of graphics including photos. Creates websites.

Supervises graphic artists on the production of requested company paraphernalia such as streamers, mall decorations including their evaluation in terms of progress, efficiency and effectiveness. 

Coordinates in the production with third party vendors to ensure quality: writes printing and other reproduction specifications; inspects proofs for accuracy; recommends contractors.
